Smart Move Transfers endeavors to ensure your planned activity/transfer is a special occasion. We do have a few terms and conditions to ensure your outing or transfer is what you expect from us. If you have any queries on our Terms & Conditions, please contact our office for further assistance.
General Terms and Conditions
- Seat belts must be worn in vehicles at all times this is Law in Queensland and must be adhered to or fines may apply.
- NO SMOKING is permitted in any of our vehicles. (It is against the law in Queensland to smoke in a Public Transport Vehicle)
- All Passengers must be seated when the vehicle is moving.
- Passengers are not permitted to place any part of their body outside the vehicle, whilst the vehicle is moving.
- Special requests by the client during the transfer including extra stops are to be agreed to by the driver and may include a fee.
- Smart Move Transfers reserves the right to terminate a transfer if any actions are deemed threatening or dangerous to the driver or other passengers.
- Quotes are valid for 28 days and may vary after this time to cover any additional costs.
- Whilst we will always endeavor to get you to the airport on time we take no responsibility for unavoidable situations which may delay your arrival at the airport
- Any variations to the original transfer booking may incur additional charges and fees.
- Smart Move Transfers reserves the right to outsource transfer bookings when it is unable to undertake a booking because of vehicle availability. (This will not result in an increase in the agreed quote provided, unless the vehicle provided is specifically requested by the client)
- All lost property will be returned to Smart Move Transfers office and held for 28 days. All lost property can be arranged to be collected from our office.
- The method of payment is to be arranged prior to the transfer booking.
Payment can be by Credit Card or Cash on the day of travel and will be processed by the driver (we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (3.4% service fee on AMEX only) Cab Charge and Eftpos) or direct deposit 48 hours prior to the booking. Cancellations made after 24hrs before your booking will incur a 75% cancellation fee at the company’s discretion.
We are NOT a Shuttle Service, Private Transfers Only.
